The Business Development Graphic Designer is a member of the firm's Marketing & Business Development Department and is responsible for producing polished, on-brand materials that support client pitches, proposals, presentations, and other business development needs. Essential Functions: • Designs, customizes, edits, and produces proposals, pitch presentations, and other client-facing materials, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistent alignment with firm branding and design standards. The Business Development Graphic Designer should have a degree or certification in graphic design or a related field, or comparable training gained through additional work experience. The Business Development Graphic Designer requires a strong understanding of branding and its components to ensure brand consistency, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and rapid versioning while producing high-quality, accurate, brand-consistent work under compressed timelines.
