Business Office Manager

This role exists to: • Protect leadership time • Keep clients informed, calm, and confident • Ensure projects, people, and priorities move forward internally • Bring structure & solutions to a creative agency environment • Enforce standards, policies, and accountability internally • Grow into overseeing daily operations and leadership • Oversee and support social media design and advertising using Canva/Adobe Creative Suite You will act as the bridge between ownership, the team, and clients, ensuring communication is clear, work is moving, and expectations are consistently upheld. Marketing & Social Media Oversight • Coordinate social media planning and execution • Ensure brand consistency and timely posting • Communicate with internal team members responsible for content and design • Understand marketing strategy well enough to speak confidently with clients • Facebook Ads understanding is a strong plus, including campaign intent and performance basics This is not an entry-level role. You must have: • Agency experience in marketing, design, advertising, or web • Strong client-facing experience handling timelines, expectations, and difficult conversations • Operations or project management experience • Working knowledge of marketing, websites, social media, and branding • Prior people management or leadership experience • Strong social media experience • Comfort enforcing policies and holding others accountable • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Calm, confident decision-making under pressure
