CAD Designer

CAD Design Project Management We are in need of a draft person with the following experience: \\- 5 years CAD drafting experience in Type V Buildings \\- Interior design background \\- Remodeling interior space utilization \\- On-site as built experience a plus \\- Experience with Los Angeles Building Planning and permitting process \\- Follow through with city clearances and correction process \\- Construction industry knowledge/experience is a plus \\- Pay will be commensurate with experience ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE, ABILITIES, SKILLS TO BE DISCERNED AT INTERVIEW: · Interpreting sketches of proposed layouts, and then draw those in Auto Cad and print them in PDF for mark ups · Research applicable building codes pertaining to changes · Provide corrections to mark up set of CAD plans · Clear, concise written communication ability regarding work a must · Computer skills (including Microsoft Office) a must *This position is negotiable for a combination of in-office and remote and can be discussed during the interview process.
