You will ensure our brand is represented at the highest level in every fan‑facing and internal interaction.Design visually compelling assets for a wide range of channels, including social media, web, email, broadcast graphics and digital advertisingCreate modular social media templates, toolkits and content systems that enable high‑volume, fast‑turn production across race weekends and key campaign momentsDevelop experiential and environmental graphics for races and events, including signage, wayfinding, paddock and garage branding, hospitality spaces and fan activationsSupport the design and evolution of website and app interfaces, ensuring cohesive visual language and alignment with brand standardsProduce design documentation and production‑ready files for digital, print, large‑format and on‑site fabrication, working closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure quality and accuracyDesign branded assets for internal and external usage that support the wider brand strategy, including presentations, internal communications, campaign recaps and culture‑building materialsCollaborate with Brand, Marketing, Content and Creative teammates to develop concepts and visual storytelling for campaigns and key calendar moments (launches, races, tentpole events)Continuously contribute fresh creative ideas that help build and evolve our visual identity, pushing motorsport and sports design conventions forwardDeliver high‑quality design quickly in a fast‑moving, high‑pressure environment, managing multiple briefs and stakeholders simultaneouslyWork selected race weekends or key events as needed to support on‑site content capture, rapid design needs and experiential deliveryDriven by high performanceBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media or a related field, or equivalent professional experienceSignificant graphic design experience with a demonstrable portfolio that includes motorsport, sports or high‑performance brand work; prior motorsport experience is essentialProven experience designing and producing both digital and print graphics, with a strong portfolio showcasing social content, campaign systems and environmental or event designAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; working knowledge of motion and video tools such as After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut ProFamiliarity with presentation and productivity tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Word (Keynote, Figma or similar tools are a plus)Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour and visual hierarchy, with an eye for detail and consistency across multiple formats and sizesInsightful and up‑to‑date with the latest design trends, sports and entertainment aesthetics, social media formats and relevant technologiesComfortable working in high‑pressure, time‑sensitive environments, with excellent time‑management skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects from brief to deliveryAbility to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, receive and incorporate feedback and communicate clearly around design rationale and trade‑offsPlease note: This role is subject to U.S. export control restrictions.
