Other duties may be assigned.Assist team members of the Marketing and Communication division in developing, designing, and producing marketing and promotional materials.Work on multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high standards of excellence, adherence to university graphic standards, and a positive, collaborative attitude.Meet project deadlines set by the supervisor. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Demonstrated ability and willingness to live and uphold the University’s Christ-centered mission and values.Ability to develop creative concepts and translate strategy into visual solutionsStrong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital and print mediaUnderstanding of branding, marketing, and design principlesProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required)Basic understanding of motion, video, or social-first design trends is preferred.Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and incorporate feedback.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, video, social media, and leadership.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities while maintaining high-quality standards.Understanding of print production, file preparation, and digital asset optimization.Knowledge of specifications for web, social media platforms, and large-format outputs, such as billboards, signage, and related.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
