The role supports various departments to maintain a cohesive brand image across the university.FLSA: Non-Exempt (eligible for overtime). Strong communication skills and proficiency with relevant software are essential.Required Qualifications:Experience preparing layouts and artwork for various publications and projects.Knowledge of design principles, marketing, and promotional concepts, demonstrated through a portfolio.Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro.Basic understanding of website design, photography, CMS, and media.Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite/365.Understanding of copyright laws.Excellent English grammar, punctuation, and spelling.Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.Effective communication with stakeholders and translating needs into visual formats.Commitment to an inclusive work environment.Conditions of Employment:Ability to pass a background check.Preferred Qualifications:Higher education experience.Experience with brand guidelines and style guides.Experience in marketing/communications campaigns.Ability to independently interpret policies and procedures.Documents Needed:ResumeProfessional PortfolioFailure to upload required documents may result in disqualification.
