Role Description

We’re looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Production Artist to join our fast-paced, deadline-driven art department. This role requires advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, excellent multitasking skills, and the ability to produce clean, production-ready vector and raster artwork at a high volume. You’ll collaborate closely with our sales team and fellow designers to turn client concepts into polished, tangible products that celebrate milestones and moments of significance. This is an on-the-site job in Carson City, Nevada – this is NOT a remote position.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality designs, concepts, layouts, and product illustrations using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; must work non-destructively and with advanced tool proficiency.Work closely with the sales team to discuss layouts, revisions, and design direction.Translate sketches, ideas, and rough concepts into refined preliminary designs for internal and client review.Prepare clean, accurate vector files for final production.Maintain an organized archive of artwork, reference materials, and previous projects.Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (required).Strong understanding of layout, composition, design fundamentals, and typography.Expertise in vector and raster workflows, including photo-rendering techniques.Creative thinker with the ability to apply innovative ideas to structured design processes.Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Proven ability to manage high-volume design tasks and deliver accurate work under tight timelines.Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical/critical-thinking skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work on-site in Carson City, NV
