Partner closely with Creative Director to develop campaigns and support in-store collateral and window design, as needed. Oversee the development and execution of the marketing on all product packaging for the OshKosh brand. Must be able to create mock-ups Organized, self-motivated, collaborative, detail-oriented and able to independently manage a project from conception to production Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, work within given creative parameters and demanding deadlines, and seek ways to improve processes and quality of output within functional areas Excellent presentation and verbal skills are essential Ability to take creative direction and meet deadlines Attention to detail, organized, balance multiple tasks, eye for color and design, good communication Hands-on, solution-oriented approach 5-7 years' experience in Graphic Design (Retail Graphic Design Preferred) Fluent in fundamentals of design and production Print, packaging, visual design & production skills, creative thinking, project management, leadership, excellent presentation & verbal skills Preferred skills and experience: 4-year bachelor degree in Graphic Design preferred Retail graphic design experience a plus Make a career at Carter's: Career Development: Success starts from within, and we have several paths from which you can choose to enhance your career evolution.
