Catch-22 Creative is hiring: Graphic Designer in Milwaukee

Job Description We are Catch-22 Creative (C-22 for short). We’re a growing B2B marketing/advertising agency located in Milwaukee’s Walkers Point, and we do things a little differently than some agencies. Simply put, we’re in it for each other. Qualifications: • 1-5 years of relevant graphic design experience. Prior agency experience is a plus • Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) • Ability to work on a range of digital & print design projects • Create front-end designs for web & email applications • Deep understanding of brand guidelines and their use • Familiarity with programs and platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite, Basecamp, MailChimp • Strong communication skills, written and verbal • Ability to adapt to quick deadlines and changing workload • A strategic thinker with detail-oriented mindset • A driven, self-motivator who takes constructive feedback in stride • Prior experience with B2B clients is a plus Company Description We offer a hybrid workplace, with 1 day in our Milwaukee offices and 4 days working remotely.
