CENTERS' management approach is customized for each client yet retains our uniform quality. Our firm unites site staff with a centralized administrative team, each contributing to the firm's goals and client needs. Today, CENTERS provides management services for 14 clients.ResponsibilitiesCore Responsibilities:Development and creation of multi-platform marketing materials for program areas, special events and the department.Coordination and implementation (including distribution) of marketing materials within the Recreation Center, across the CSU campus, and also surrounding community area as needed.Execution of marketing initiatives, advertising and outreach.Project management and facilitationAdministrative Responsibilities:Collaborate with other Marketing staff, as well as other department staff, effectively to increase efficiencies.Continual work to build understanding of the CSU Rec Center brand and uphold the standards and guidelines of our brand, as outlines in our style guide.Demonstrate and utilize strong and professional communication skills, including email and in-person correspondences.Site Specific Responsibilities:Take an active role in facility initiative(s) outside of the Marketing department (risk management, student development, etc. External contacts include external customers and vendors.
