Central Garden & Pet - Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly creative Content Designer to support a fast-paced consumer retail and CPG environment. This role is heavily focused on graphic design and visual storytelling, with a strong preference for candidates who also bring hands-on product photography experience.

The ideal candidate has a polished design portfolio, strong brand instincts, and experience creating consumer-facing content across digital, print, eCommerce, and marketing channels.

This a hybrid role, with M/F remote and T/W/Th onsite in Franklin, WI.

Requirements:

3-6+ years of experience in graphic design, visual content creation, or related creative rolesStrong portfolio showcasing design work across digital and print platformsPreference for candidates with product photography and studio content creation experienceExperience supporting consumer goods, retail, or eCommerce brands strongly preferredAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Understanding of typography, layout, branding, and digital content best practicesAbility to manage multiple projects in a collaborative, fast-moving environmentFamiliarity with basic motion or short-form video content is a plusResponsibilities:

Design creative assets for social media, email, eCommerce, digital campaigns, packaging, and merchandisingTranslate creative briefs into polished, brand-consistent visual contentCreate and support product and lifestyle photography for marketing and eCommerce needsRetouch and optimize photography and design assets for multiple platformsCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, digital, sales, and creative teamsPrepare production-ready files for print and digital distributionHelp maintain organized creative assets, workflows, and brand consistency across channelsIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
