The Graphic Designer will play a key role in supporting the Bank's marketing initiatives by designing customer communications, marketing collateral, and digital assets in alignment with standards and regulatory guidelines.Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, the Graphic Designer will help maintain and elevate the Bank's visual identity, ensuring consistency and creativity across all touchpoints.Facilitate initiatives to position the Bank and its employees with a positive and visible public corporate image in the community and our marketplace in alignment with the Bank's corporate objectives, and execute internal initiatives to foster positive communications within and among all areas of the Company.Performs all duties and interacts with internal and external customers in a manner that is expressly aligned with the Company's Core Values of approaching all actions with a “Voyaging Spirit” and being “Positively Ohana”. Consult, collaborate, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with frequent quick-turnaround projects.Ability to rapidly shift priorities and manage multiple high-impact design tasks with efficiency and focus.Vendor CoordinationCoordinate outsourced projects with third-party service providers (e.g., sub-contracted designers, printers, installers). Participate in the development of marketing materials produced by the Bank’s ad agency as needed.ComplianceEnsure regulatory compliance with all marketing materials. Interact cooperatively with stakeholders, agencies, and management to resolve compliance findings. Support all other compliance-related assignments as required.
