Our company is looking for a children's illustrator who can turn our ideas into original artwork, blending our playful design aesthetic with your artistic vision. Experience creating repeat patterns is preferred; graphic design experience is not required, but would also be great! If you have strong conceptual skills, can offer a variety of design solutions, and can take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision, we’d like to meet you! This will start out as a part-time, temporary position but may become full- time and/or permanent as our company grows. You’ll be able to perform most of the design work from home, but we’d like to hold regular planning sessions in our Metairie office.
