POSITION PURPOSE : The Senior Graphic Designer provides graphic design collateral to support marketing, communications, branded apparel, event publicity, admissions materials, and other projects. This role also offers occasional support for the Academy’s digital channels, newsletter, and school-sponsored campaigns.REPORTS TO : Director of CommunicationsPOSITION OUTCOMES / EXPECTATIONS :Handle all graphic design requests by collaborating with the Communications team and delivering final products to clients.Maintain brand and style guide consistency across the Academy in partnership with the Director of Communications.Partner with the marketing and digital content teams on graphic needs for projects serving the community and beyond.Manage vendors for outsourced projects when necessary.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS :Education :Bachelor's Degree in graphic design or equivalent work experience.Experience :Minimum of four years in a graphic design role.Skills and Abilities :Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.Ability to oversee all design projects from conception to delivery.Proficiency in refining images, fonts, layouts, and applying typography techniques.Strong computer skills, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Professional).Experience in preparing jobs for printing and screen printing apparel.Ability to multitask, be flexible, and meet multiple deadlines.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Additional Requirements :All employees must perform duties in alignment with the school's mission, policies, and faith commitments.
