JOB SUMMARYThe Graphic Designer is responsible for a wide variety of design work used across print media, templates, and automation buildouts. This role requires someone who is creative, organized, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be able to take direction well, learn quickly, and support projects from concept through completion while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.RESPONSIBILITIESProduce on-brand and packaged designs across multiple brandsSupport client-facing and employee-facing presentations and direct communication materialsWork closely with team members to identify the best design solutions while also being able to work independentlyCreate, revise, and maintain design files across brands using tools from the Creative Cloud Suite such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat ProAssist with template-based design and automation buildoutsManage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentTake direction well and support projects from start to finishContribute creative ideas and follow through to final content creation and productionMaintain accuracy, consistency, and strong attention to detailBe flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as neededSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSStrong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat ProStrong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skillsAbility to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentHighly creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learnAbility to take direction well and support projects from concept through completionPrint production knowledge is a plusComfortable working in an in-office, collaborative settingResume and portfolio link required; assessment may be part of the processEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a comparable fieldMinimum of 2 years of professional creative design experience, agency and corporate experience preferredDemonstrated portfolio of previous work#J-18808-Ljbffr
