Overall Description: The Administrative Assistant/Office Manager is the primary coordinator for communications with the congregation and functions to oversee church office operations including supervising volunteers. Other duties include maintaining a calendar of activities and making room assignments for groups using church facilities. The Administrative Assistant must maintain discretion in dealing with the members, staff and others and keep appropriate confidences. Demonstrated proficiency in database management.
