Church Parish Administrator/Administrative Assistant

The Church Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing and coordinating a wide range of duties addressing the administrative, communications, event planning and other key activities of the Church. • Act as the key liaison for communication and scheduling among the three congregations sharing the church building • Schedule and manage building usage among the 3 congregations that worship at St. Paul, as well as community groups that rent out space • Proven communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact respectfully and effectively with the Pastor and other Staff, members, volunteers, children/youth and guests. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office (including Publisher) and have the ability to come up to speed quickly with the church database management software and other software (including social media) as required in the church office environment.
