Graphic Designer (Contract/Freelance) – Hybrid
We’re looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract/freelance basis.
If you have a strong eye for design, a solid portfolio, and thrive in a flexible hybrid work environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
* Develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital and print materials.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling, on-brand designs.
* Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently.
* Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.
What We’re Looking For:
* 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma.
* A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
* Experience with both digital and print design preferred.

* This exercise gives us a look into your creative style and helps us gauge your understanding of the cannabis industry – its culture, audience, and visual language.
There are no strict rules: we want to see how you think and what you bring to the table as a designer.
Your submission should include:
* A logo concept for “916” rooted in cannabis culture.
* At least one primary logo variation and one alternate/secondary version.
* A brief explanation (a few sentences) of your design choices and inspiration.
* File formats: PDF and PNG (transparent background preferred).
Top submission wins the contract – and a full-time role.
The strongest design will be selected for the contract position.
Additionally, the winner will be offered a full-time designer role with our team.
