Compensation & Highlights:Compensation: $24 - $25 / hourDevelop key design & production skillsWork in a structured, supportive environment designed to promote professional growth.Responsibilities of the Graphic Designer / Production Assistant:Create original artwork and designs for apparel, promotional products, and marketing materials, adhering to brand guidelines.Prepare print-ready files for screen printing, embroidery, digital printing, and other production methods.Manage art files, ensuring proper naming conventions and organization.Process incoming art requests and project briefs, clarifying details with sales and production teams.Communicate with vendors regarding art specifications, proofs, and production timelines.Track project progress and ensure timely completion of artwork and production tasks.Assist with quality control by reviewing printed/decorated products against approved artwork.Assist with preparing quotes and proposals for custom design projects.Provide general administrative support to the sales and production teams.Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries related to artwork and production.Qualifications of the Graphic Designer / Production Assistant:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred.Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a production environment (e.g., screen printing, promotional products).Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) required.Experience with vector graphics and color separation techniques.Knowledge of file formats and resolution requirements for different printing processes.Understanding of screen printing, embroidery, and other decoration methods.Knowledge of garment construction and materials is a plus.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong problem-solving skills.Submit your resume today for immediate consideration!Want to explore more exciting job opportunities?
