We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team in our New York City office. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality print and digital assets that support sales, branding, and product initiatives. A portfolio displaying relevant work samples is required for consideration. Develop packaging layouts, die lines, and production artwork for diagnostic and healthcare products.Create production-ready files according to manufacturer and printer specifications, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Design product one-pagers, sell sheets, brochures, technical specification sheets, and instructional materials for sales and marketing initiatives.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all design assets align with brand standards and product requirements.Coordinate with external manufacturers, printers, and vendors to facilitate successful production and delivery of materials.Review proofs and production samples, making necessary revisions to ensure quality and compliance.Maintain brand consistency across all print and digital marketing collateral.Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.Perform related duties as assigned.COMPETENCIESStrong knowledge of packaging design, die line development, and print production processes.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.Experience preparing print-ready artwork and production files for manufacturers and commercial printers.Ability to interpret project briefs and independently execute creative solutions.Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and project management skills.Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and external vendor teams.Ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple product categories and marketing channels.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a Related Field with 2–5 Years of Graphic Design Experience.
