We’re looking for a graphic designer to join our team at BakerBands — a growing performance apparel brand that’s worked with the NCAA, the Harlem Globetrotters, and over 200 professional athletes and musicians. Some of it’s detailed. What We’re Looking For: • Someone who loves sports and understands the culture around it • Clean design skills and strong instincts • Comfortable working on tight timelines and shifting priorities • Knows their way around Illustrator and Photoshop • Has a good attitude and doesn’t need their hand held • Comfortable working hybrid: 2-3 days in office, rest remote Comp and Perks: • $23 hour to start • Overtime at $30/hr • 5 paid days off per year • Cleveland coworking space membership included • Year-end bonus based on performance and online sales • Real opportunity to grow with a brand that’s expanding fast Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cleveland, OH 44113
