Client Care Coordinator/Chiropractic Assistant

We need someone to run the daily operations/front desk to support the doctor as well as be the heart of our office to our beloved clients. Late-comers and people with constant drama are a buzz kill \\- Are comfortable with being uncomfortable and want to grow on a personal and professional level. This means you are game for doing something you don’t want to do but is good for you. Windows 10, Excel, Gmail, Word, FB, Instagram, Canva and more, researching info on the internet \\- Must be empathetic, adaptable, have good judgment \\- Must have reliable transportation -You MUST love helping people -Have neat handwriting, a decent speller, can do basic math -Previous customer service, administrative or sales experience is a plus -Detailed, organized, responsible, motivated to get work done -Able to give and receive constructive criticism for the improvement of the office and yourself. -Play games and read to children on the floor, hold babies -Answer phones and make calls with energy and enthusiasm -Schedule appointments/manage the doctor's schedule -Administrative support - calendar events, reminders, be in charge of various details -Manage office efficiency, flow and quality of patient care -Collection of payment, insurance billing (you will be trained) -Cleaning, keeping the office presentable and organized -Track patient visits/manage accounts and office statistics -Assist with examination procedures (will be trained) -Filing, copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, texting, maintaining logs and records -Decorating office for holidays, order supplies -Assist the doctor with marketing projects and promotional events -Social media posting It is not a good fit if: You are “not a morning person” If you do not believe you would not pass an employer’s background check If you can’t leave your cell phone out of your sight You are not adaptable to new people, new situations, new perspectives – in other words you don't like change You are usually late to work, school, church, meeting friends for dinner, etc HOW TO APPLY: 1\\.
