Coastal Signs Plus is looking for a motivated & passionate graphic designer with a portfolio that demonstrates the variety of work & creative applications for designs for corporate & professional industries. This candidate must have experience in working with large-format printing and must specifically understand and demonstrate proficiency in file setup for print. Must be able to read, understand, and create sign fabrication drawings. ADA sign design and exterior lighted sign design experience. The ability to clearly communicate the reasoning behind design choices.· Manage your own workflow by keeping track of time spent on all projects & communicating before going over billed time if more time is going to be required.· Follow instructions by management and customer-provided brand guidelines.· Work with the creative director & department managers to ensure projects get completed in a timely manner.· Communicated with customers regarding their projects, have excellent communication & customer service skills & ability to translate a customer vision with patience, enthusiasm & proficiency.· Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a good handle on the latest design trends.· In the ever-changing world of design, industry standards & practices, have an imaginative mindset to problem-solve, find solutions, take ownership, learn & evolve.
