Collaborate with project managers, business subject matter experts, marketers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.Trend Analysis & Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team. Experiment with new techniques and technologies to push creative boundaries.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver appropriate visual solutions. Review team projects to maintain high design standards and brand consistency.Qualifications :Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.Experience: 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team environment.Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in a variety of design projects, including branding, digital design, short-form video, and print work.Skills :Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant design tools.Experience with tools like Canva is a plus.Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills.Exceptional attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong time management and organizational abilities.
