We are looking for a highly creative individual to join our team as a Marketing Designer!In this role, you will:Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Research, the Marketing Designer will serve as a brand champion by producing high-quality print and digital materials that align with company branding and support the brokerage team in the following:Design and produce marketing collateral: Create brochures, presentations, proposals, advertisements, websites, site plans, and maps that effectively communicate property features and company capabilities while maintaining a polished, professional aesthetic.Develop digital content: Design email campaigns, social media graphics, and video content (including property and promotional videos) to drive engagement and enhance the company’s online presence.Uphold brand standards: Ensure all materials adhere to corporate brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in design, tone, and quality across all platforms and media.Support business development efforts: Partner with the Director of Marketing & Research to deliver tailored, high-impact marketing materials that elevate client presentations and proposals for the brokerage and property management teams.Enhance marketing effectiveness: Continuously refine design strategies, explore creative solutions, and integrate feedback to strengthen marketing impact and support company growth.What you'll bring:2+ years of marketing and/or graphic design experienceBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related fieldProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat)Experience with social media and email marketing platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding and experience with corporate branding, layout, color theory & typography in both print & digital mediaExcellent attention to detail and time management skills while juggling multiple projects and meeting critical timelinesSelf-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team, with a strong work ethicMake your next move an expert one and join us as we lead the industry into the future.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
