Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelors of Industrial Design from an accredited college or university, or relevant professional experience • 10+ years of experience working as Color, Material and Finish Designer/Developer • Demonstrated experience of skill to communicate design vision and concepts using traditional techniques to internal teams and Leadership • Expert knowledge of plastic injection molding processes, metal fabrication techniques, resin development, coating technologies, plastics decoration processes, fabrics and textiles • Experience working directly with materials suppliers, manufacturing partners and cross-functional teams to solve complex product problems at scale • Working knowledge of 3D CAD and digital visualization software Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
