ARC has received recognition from Forbes magazine (as one of its "Best 200 Small Companies") Visit our website at www.e-arc.com **Who we are looking for** : The successful candidate must be a motivated proactive self-starter who is experienced in running roll-to-roll and flatbed printers with a proven working knowledge of large format printing. **Requirements** : * An expert level of knowledge with the finishing process and material use * This position must offer obtainable and creative ideas for our clients and internal needs * Must be adaptable and able to repair in an inventive way * Hands-on experience * Facilitate efficient, quick transition from job to job * Operate in an efficient manner to save costs for the client and the company * Perform quality control checks and proofing of each job * The ability to process, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions * Adobe Suite software knowledge is a plus * Zund (router/cutter): file setup and operational knowledge is a plus * Ability to hand cut material using a cutting blade and ruler * Minimum (2) years' experience in large format production * Excellent communication skills * A working knowledge of Onyx or Caldera RIP software preferred but not required * Must be knowledgeable in the movement of materials through the manufacturing process * Must be able to use and read a standard tape measure * Exceptional math and creative problem-solving skills are a must * The successful candidate must be flexible and resourceful with the ability to multitask.
