This role is essential to maintaining CFA’s brand identity, engaging our audience, and ensuring the success of key initiatives. Responsibilities include:Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Graphics (20/month):Event Promotions: Workshops, activations, and programsContent Thumbnails: Visuals for YouTube, newsletters, and other platformsSocial Media Posts: Graphics for campaigns, announcements, and evergreen content.Other Design Projects (3–5/month):One-Time Marketing Projects: Campaign visuals and collateral for specific initiatives.Donor Engagement Materials: Flyers, brochures, and professional documents as needed.ConfidentialityThe Graphic Designer agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding CFA’s proprietary information, projects, and plans.Deliverables and MetricsThe Graphic Designer’s performance will be evaluated on:Delivery of all assets by their deadlines.Consistency in design quality and alignment with CFA’s branding.Responsiveness to feedback and collaboration with the Head of Marketing.Tools Provided by CFATo ensure successful execution of this role, CFA will provide:Access to CFA brand assets (logos, fonts, templates, etc.
