Responsibilities: • Interface with/support lead designers • Develop construction documents • Knowledge in basic building codes and standards • Support permitting duties • Procure and organize materials Skills Needed: • Experience in commercial planning and design • Proficiency in AutoCAD • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel • Experience with graphic design software • Experience producing commercial construction documents • Enthusiasm • Willingness to learn new skills • Ability to multi-task Flexible schedule Salary commensurate with experience Internship credit available for college students
