Report directly to the Bookkeeper. Key responsibilities include: Document, update, maintain the finance department policies and procedures manual Assist in the budget forecasting and financial projection process Perform special projects as needed Daily filing and accounting Experience with Quickbooks is preferred but not mandatory. Will train the right candidate if necessary. Experience and or knowledge of art (i.e. painting, sculpture, carpentry) preferred but not mandatory. **Graphic Designer** -Proficient in leading design tools and design principles, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator -Work in 3d design, using Blender -Background in art history a plus -Responsible for deadlines \\- A creative self-starter who operates with urgency, focus, and discipline -Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal -Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and meet client objectives -Responsible for branding -Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects and industries a plus *** Carpenters/Installers *** Woodshop Duties include: -Basic woodshop maintenance -Fabricate stretchers, panels, sculptural elements and shipping crates -Assist with installations and deliveries -Packing and wrapping finished artwork for shipment or delivery -Running errands for supplies \\- Art Installation -shipping and packing of artwork and receiving shipments of supplies \\- Keeping inventory stocked, tools and equipment clean organized -Background or degree in Art a plus Qualifications: -Previous woodshop or carpentry/art installation experience -Must be able to lift 50+lbs -Flexible hours, must be able to work occasional nights or weekends -Drivers license a plus To apply please send a copy of your resume, website/portfolio/3-5 images of work samples.
