We are looking for a Commercial Maintenance Technician to join our team. *Upkeep of property appearance; including trash removal, pressure washing, and maintaining landscaping beds and other areas as necessary *Provide assistance to other maintenance personnel with service related matters and ensure customer service satisfaction *Maintain open communication with management and effectively communicate with outside vendors and contractors *Assist in all property maintenance projects *Willingness to accommodate training and mentorship from senior maintenance personnel *Completion of daily work orders to include light bulb changes and minor repairs *Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment as directed Friedman Real Estate is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
