Our client, CCS Global Tech, is seeking the following. The project focuses on providing communications and service design support for the NST program, with four prioritized workstreams: • NST Operational Mapping and Reporting (60%): Develop visual communications, state/process/journey maps, and reporting templates to support the transition to a new NST services mission. • Communications Design Review of NST Dashboards (15%): Provide feedback and consultation on dashboard design for improved usability. • Outcomes: Stakeholders (internal and external) understand and buy into the new NST service mission; internal alignment improved. • General Requirements • Coordination & Reporting: Contractor will report to MOI, collaborate with DEM and other City staff as needed, and provide weekly progress check-ins (format to be determined with MOI).
