Communication Designer (Hybrid)

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Design and build high-impact presentations in PowerPoint, applying advanced layout, animation, and storytelling techniques.Translate strategic and technical information into clear visual narratives through infographics, iconography, and data visualization.Maintain brand integrity and visual consistency across all deliverables, adhering to established design systems and templates.Develop and refine creative assets for internal and external use-such as presentations, signage, print collateral, and digital marketing materials.Prepare production-ready files for print and digital outputs, ensuring color accuracy, layout precision, and technical compliance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, communications, marketing) to align design direction with strategic objectives. 5+ years of design experience in a corporate or agency setting.Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint, including slide layout, master template management, animations, and data visualization.Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).Experience producing assets for both print and digital environments, with an understanding of prepress, file prep, and output optimization.Excellent sense of typography, hierarchy, color, and composition.Ability to interpret complex content and translate it into clear, impactful visual communication.Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
