Communication Specialist - Child Abuse Prevention Center

The Child Abuse Prevention Center is a statewide training, education research, and resource center dedicated to strengthening children, families, and communities. POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of and in coordination with the CAP Center Policy Director, the Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting the development of communications, branding, and marketing plans and priorities for three CAP Center programs: Strategies TA, CFRA, and CFRA and the CAP Center’s policy advocacy. QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience Two or more years communications and graphic design experience. Experience working with social services programs preferred. Experience working with tools such as Canva, MailChimp, and WordPress Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel), web navigation.
