Communications And Administrative Support - Great Office Environment

We are seeking an exceptional Communications person who will also provide Administrative support to join our award-winning organization. We are a membership-based professional association and exceptional customer service is vital to our organization. And we're a pretty fun place to work too : ) * Graphic design including event flyers (one-sheets) and other projects (will ask for samples of work prior to hire) * Daily updates of organization's website using WordPress * Constant Contact email communications to membership database * Assisting CEO with administrative tasks & projects * Assisting other team members with tasks and projects * Answering incoming calls as an immediate secondary to receptionist * Coordinating travel for multiple people * Strong customer service ethic * Some front desk work * Assisting members/clients over the phone and in-person providing exceptional customer service * Coordinating a committee within our organization including note taking * Special administrative projects as assigned including Excel database projects * Managing classroom / event room with some audio/visual set-up needed * Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm * One weekly off-site meeting on Wednesdays from 8:00am to 9:30am (also in Arcadia and close to office) * $18-$19 an hour based on skills and experience * 100% Medical, Dental and Vision * 401(k) plan * Additional employer paid retirement plan (after 1st year of employment) * Generous paid vacations and holidays * Additional monthly paid days off * Plus we are a great and fun place to work!
