GENERAL SUMMARY: The Communications Designer is responsible for managing graphic design projects from concept to completion, ensuring the integrity of Philadelphia Yearly Meeting's (PYM) visual identity and adherence to organizational standards. As part of PYM's overall communications strategy, the Communications Designer creates and produces communications material across both print and digital platforms. Provides consultation, training, and ongoing support to PYM staff and community members to help them effectively utilize engagement materials and their communication goals. Preferred Qualifications • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Advertising, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design and print production. • Appreciation of the role of Quaker practices in the performance of PYM duties, this includes supportive participation in annual and semi-annual multi-day "business Sessions."
