Communications Designer

Covenant Church of Naples PCA is looking for a talented Communications Designer to help tell our story through compelling visual content. In this role, you'll partner with ministry leaders across the church to create print and digital communications that engage our congregation, promote ministry opportunities, and reflect who we are with excellence and creativity.

What You'll Do

Design print and digital materials for ministries, worship services, classes, events, and church-wide initiativesProduce brochures, flyers, postcards, signage, banners, invitations, and promotional materialsCreate graphics for social media, email communications, digital displays, and the church websiteMaintain consistent, high-quality branding across all ministries and communication piecesDesign and prepare the weekly worship bulletinUpdate and maintain Sunday Morning, Midweek, and other screen playlistsCoordinate printing projects with outside vendors, preparing artwork and proofs for production and quality controlCollaborate directly with ministry leaders to understand project needs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlinesMaintain an organized library of digital artwork, templates, logos, and photographsProvide creative solutions for communicating ministry initiativesAssist with photography and basic video editing; support worship presentations and event graphicsParticipate in staff meetings and collaborate with the team on church-wide communication effortsOther duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Communications & ProductionWhat We're Looking For

A life marked by integrity, professionalism, and dependability, with a heart for supporting Covenant's mission and ministryExperience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, and/or other design softwareChurch or nonprofit experience preferredStrong visual design, typography, and layout skillsExcellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesSharp attention to detail and a commitment to qualityAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyPhysical Requirements

Ability to work at a computer for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 20 pounds occasionallyOccasional evening or weekend work for special eventsSchedule
Standard office hours, with occasional evenings or weekends to support special events.

Compensation

Salaried, exempt. Compensation to be determined based on experience and current Covenant pay ranges for this position.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
