We are looking for a Sr. Special Systems Designer to be based in the Dallas, TX area (hybrid based) who will be responsible for the technical accuracy of all products produced through the Design Studio. • Performs Special Systems Design and Engineering work. Supports the operations manager on project scope, schedule and budget. • Supports the Operations Manager to ensure high standards of quality, innovative design strategies, and to enhance the technical expertise of all studio staff. • Supports the Operations Manager to recruit new studio staff, recommend staff for promotion and rate increases, oversee their performance evaluations, and ensure the enforcement of company policies, terminating employees who consistently fail to perform to company standards and/or adhere to company policies.
