Outside The Lens (OTL) is seeking a design-forward, future-minded Communications Designer to join our team and elevate the impact of our mission-driven storytelling. This is a unique opportunity to bring your creativity, curiosity, and design expertise to a youth-powered media arts organization making real change in San Diego and beyond. Brand Stewardship & Community Voice • Uphold and expand OTL’s visual identity, ensuring creative output consistently reflects brand guidelines while leaving room for innovation and exploration. Core • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent professional experience. • Experience managing creative projects from concept to completion—especially across print, web, and social platforms.
