Communications Director - Childpeace Montessori

Childpeace supports our staff with an educational program rooted in high Montessori standards, a commitment to professional development, beautiful and well equipped classroom environments, strong administrative support, and a dynamic working community of Montessori professionals. They will work closely with the Head of School, Advancement Director, Board of Trustees, and administrators to create and articulate communication and marketing that share and reflect the school’s culture, mission, and vision in support of fundraising efforts. • Establish best-practice policies and procedures for the all of school’s communications • Develop public relations strategies and guide school leaders and other employees with respect to all matters of public relations • Monitor and analyze communications data including website traffic, social media performance, SEO, referral sources, etc. • Develop and manage relationships with parents, alumni, friends of the school, companies, and other individuals to meet fundraising goals in collaboration with the Head of School. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including keen listening skills, ability to speak in front of an audience, and the ability to write clearly and persuasively.
