KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: • Proven knowledge of effective marketing and communications strategies and industry trends • Excellent verbal, written, public speaking and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage staff, donors and volunteers from diverse backgrounds • Responsive with great follow‐through skills and ability to build trust and maintain constructive relationships across organizational boundaries • Agility to work across different program areas and juggle multiple, simultaneous projects • Advanced computer skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, SquareSpace; some proficiency in HTML; familiarity with donor or constituent management applications, such as SalesForce a plus • Ability to vary work hours to accommodate “after hours” needs (attend meetings, make presentations, etc.) • Ability and willingness to be an organizational representative in public and on camera, including social media videos, news segments, and attending multiple Lions conferences/conventions. Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff.
