The Communications & Graphic Design Specialist is responsible to collaborate with Group Benefits service teams to create employee benefit communication materials and websites as a valued service for our clients; provides advanced graphic design, website design, and the creation (including copywriting) of communication materials such as presentations, brochures, and postcards. Collaborates with Group Benefits service teams to create employee benefit communication materials and websites as a valued service for our clients. Creates (copywriting and design) HTML employee communication emails for clients. Creates and updates employee benefit guides and communications for clients in MS PowerPoint or Adobe InDesign; includes copywriting and design of postcards, posters, flyers and similar materials. Communications design in a customer service environment Creation of websites and content using WordPress; use of appropriate templates and plug-ins Project management of ongoing communication campaigns or similar projects requiring complicated timelines with multiple deliverables and deadlines Social media campaigns across various media platforms; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter Strong analytical skills Effective problem-solving and decision-making ability
