Communications Media Design Specialist

The Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Communications Media Design Specialist to join our Communications team. As the Communications Media Design Specialist, you will be the creative force behind the Chamber’s visual presence across print and digital platforms. Your key responsibilities include: • Designing all print materials for the Chamber and The Chamber Foundation, including: • Monthly newsletters • Business directories (semi-annual) • Event programs, flyers, brochures, journals, registration forms, invitations, and ads • Creating digital content such as: • PowerPoint presentations and slideshows • Short-form video projects and digital advertisements • Web graphics and digital assets • Supporting and updating the Chamber and Foundation websites • Developing visual branding and promotional content for events, including social media graphics, campaign materials, and logos • Capturing and editing event photography for marketing and archival use • Collaborating with Chamber committees and members, supporting events, and assisting with marketing initiatives What We’re Looking For • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia, or related roles • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign), Microsoft Office, and other Mac-based design tools • A solid grasp of visual communication, branding, and layout best practices • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently on multiple projects If you're passionate about design and community impact, we want to hear from you!
