Communications Officer

The position of Communications Officer would have the exciting kuleana of working with our team to create and execute meaningful outreach and storytelling plans around our major council programs (statewide youth history program, Try Think discussions in prisons and outside community, community humanities grantmaking for public programs and preservation/access), and in print and digital media. ● Collaborate: Work with our program staff to create consistent, enthusiastic, and interesting messaging about our organization. ● interest or experience in archiving and historical research Hawaiʻi Council for the Humanities is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
