The Communications Specialist II – Graphic Designer is a senior-level creative role responsible for leading the development and execution of high-impact visual communications across digital and print platforms. This position reports to the Director of Communications & Public Engagement and collaborates closely with city departments to translate strategic priorities into compelling graphic design solutions that enhance public awareness, engagement, and trust. • Lead concept development and design for city-wide campaigns, initiatives, and publications.
