Required Skills: • Must have reasonable experience which provides a general knowledge of marketing/advertising principles and practices. • Must have experience as a commercial or government artist or illustrator, which demonstrates the ability to design, and layout copy and artwork using computer-based desktop publishing and graphic design computer programs. • Experience in other layout programs may be acceptable.
