Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent creative problem‑solving ability and professional interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high‑demand, fast‑paced environment Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and file preparation Experience designing for both digital and print production workflows Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools Willingness to learn advanced AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway.ai) Preferred: Experience with After Effects, Figma, and Canva Position Type / Expected Hours of Work This is a full‑time position.
