HOSS, an operator of Flexible Office and Coworking Space in Federal Way is hiring a Manager. We're looking for a smart, organized, self-starter with a level of energy and enthusiasm rivaled only by a seasoned camp counselor or six month old Boston Terrier. This position requires you to work M - F, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, independently with minimal supervision, have a strong commitment to the staff (one part- time), members, clients, and our company vision. You will need to handle the day-to-day operation of the physical office space, with the goal of building community while working within the parameters we face during Covid-19 requirements. Qualities Needed: • You must like working with people; have a good sense of humor, professional dress and appearance; smile –and possess grace under pressure.
