Compositor/Graphic Designer

The ideal candidate for this position has a mastery of InDesign skills, an attention to detail, a desire to problem-solve, and wants to make a positive contribution to learning and education. Projects require excellent time management and creative thinking skills. As a Compositor/Graphic Designer your work will involve layout of various types of deliverables for educational purposes, such as medical, scientific, and trade books, magazines, and online works. What You Have • Exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, especially InDesign and Illustrator • Skill in Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Skills and working knowledge of scripts, Greps, and Perls • Skills and working knowledge of HTML and XML • Knowledge of accessibility standards, various outputs, and deliverables like ePubAdherence • Flexibility to work on multiple projects and multiple types of work • Ability and willingness to solve problems • Ability to work within deadlines What We Offer • Variety!
