The candidate must possess strong working knowledge of graphic design software and applications, plotters, and other computerized graphic design equipment to produce signs, banners, stencils, patterns, decals, acrylic cut-outs, and other customized signage.Designs, paints, and lays signs and posters using graphic design software and plotters. Six years of sign painting experience, including the preparation of surfaces, design, layout, and gold or silver leaf lettering, which includes utilizing computerized graphic design software and equipment, one year of which must have been at the journey-level*. Eligibility Information: The names of candidates receiving a passing score in the assessment will be placed on the Eligible Register in the order of their score group for a period of twelve (12) months following the date of promulgation. Copying verbiage from the Requirements or class specification as your work experience is not going to be sufficient to demonstrate meeting the requirements.
